Brief description of the project
The concept of Thatch glamping is based on the image of traditional Latvian architecture, the main distinguishing features of which are thatched roofs and wooden facades. The elongated area offers many recreational options, leading visitors along the residential modules and community vegetable gardens to a central facility with a multifunctional area that houses an event area, dining room, and a barbecue art piece. Closer to the river there is a sauna, and on the bank there is a pier with hammocks and boats. All design solutions follow the principles of passive design.
