Brief description of the project

The area is conditionally divided into three planning areas: literary and museum quarter, the square "Noble Nest", Victory Park. The project proposes to preserve the existing purpose of the areas with the allocation of sites with a specific functionality in each of them. The literary quarter retains its purpose as a historical and cultural area with recreational and educational function. The area around the monument "Kakhovka", drawn to the museum quarter, is also a historical and cultural area with the places of quiet rest for the citizens. Gorky, 7th November, Saltykov-Shchedrin and Oktyabrskaya Streets are public areas.
