URBAN DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF THE TERRITORY AT: 7-YA LAZENKI STREET, POSSESSION 14, ZAO, MOSCOW, RUSSIA

Brief description of the project

The project site is surrounded by the natural Meshchera Park. The idea of the project is to "dissolve" the development in the forest environment. Planning residential part of the new neighborhood is formed of four zones: The central part - "urbanized island". The buildings here are more "urban" and consist of towers up to 11 storeys. "Island" is separated from the rest of the environment projected street of district significance; the perimeter of the territory - bordered by a line of sectional houses with terraces facing Meshchersky Park; zone of low-rise blocked houses in the southeastern part of the territory. Decreasing the number of floors from the central part of the territory to its perimeter allows, on the one hand, more delicately to fit the development in the forest area, on the other hand - to place a large number of "view" apartments. The project proposes to preserve the existing area of the forest. Intensive landscaping on the roofs and terraces of the houses is provided.
